• ● Transactions are between buyer and seller. BuyerLocal.com is a platform and not a party to sales.

4. Seller Terms

• ● Sellers are responsible for accurately listing and maintaining product information.
• ● Sellers may not upload, display, or sell content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violations may result in closure of accounts and reported to law enforcement.
• ● Sellers are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• ● All site content, design, and branding are owned by BuyerLocal.com, and are not to be used without permission.
• ● Users may not copy, sell, reproduce, or exploit any site content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ● BuyerLocal.com will work to resolve issues, but is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions.
• ● The site is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
